Prisoner Squats

Stand with feet slightly wider than hip width apart, toes slightly out with hands behind your head. Keeping your back neutral, hinge back with your hips and forward with your torso, bending your knees and lowering yourself as if you were sitting on an imaginary chair as far as you can go or until you reach a 90-degree angle in the knees. Inhale as you come down, and exhale as you return to starting position, pushing through the heels and extending to the standing position.
