Stability Ball Straight-Leg Hip Extension

Lie on your back with your feet resting on the stability ball, ankles directly on top of the ball, hands to your sides. Lift your hips off of the ground by engaging the muscles of the glutes and hamstrings until you reach a straight-line position with the body, only the head and shoulders in contact with the ground. Exhale as you lift the body, and inhale as you slowly return to starting position.
