Split-Stance Dumbbell Row

Standing in a split stance position with one hand holding a dumbbell on the opposite side of the leg that is in front. Keeping the back in a neutral position, pull the dumbbell up to the hips, driving the elbow up towards the ceiling. Exhale as you pull the weight up, and inhale as you bring it back down. Body weight should be evenly dispersed between both feet.
