Stability Ball (Feet) Push-Ups

Prone in a straight-back position with hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and with your feet on a stability ball just behind the apex of the ball, bend your elbows and bring the head and shoulders down towards the floor until you reach a 90-degree bend in the elbows. Make sure to keep the back neutral and abs engaged. Inhale as you come down and exhale as you come up.
